La Era derives its name from the rather impressive stone "era"
(threshing ground) in front of this very pretty restored farmers cottage, one of
many Spanish Villas on Maestros books.
Located just outside the village of Villanueva de la Concepción, one of many
Spanish villas, La Era has the
best of both worlds, marvellous views of the El Torcal Park and a lovely
countryside situation and the advantage of being in walking distance from the
village and its amenities

There are two bedrooms, a double with king size bed and a twin. The bathroom
is fully tiled and modern. The living / dining area is particularly attractive,
there is an open fireplace and comfortable seating areas. There is Sat TV and
video player, also a CD player. The kitchen is open plan and fully fitted with
all modern appliances. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside the house has covered terraces surrounding the house, ideal for dining
"al fresco" on those hot summer nights. The gardens and large and are
completed fenced for security. The swimming pool area is particularly attractive,
the pool is 10m x 5 m, unusually large for the size of the property. Sun
terraces surround the pool area.

La Era is one of those villas in Spain ideally situated for those wishing to explore more of Andalucia. The
motorway N331 lies approx 10 kilometres away from Villanueva de la Concepción,
Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Ronda and Malaga can easily be visited in a day trip.
Closer by , the historic town of Antequera (15 km) is well worth a visit. For
nature lovers, the El Torcal Park is on the doorstep, and close by are the El
Chorro lakes and gorge. 45 minutes drive away is the Lake - Fuente del Piedra,
breeding ground to some 5,000 pairs of pink flamingos.
La Era is approx
