Casa Francisca is just a 20 minute drive from Antequera, one of Andalucia's prettiest towns. Antequera dates back to Moorish times, the castle ruins provide a dramatic backdrop to the town below. Apart from the many historic monuments to visit, Antequera has great shops, especially leather goods and ceramics. Also nearby are the spectacular El Chorro lakes and gorges, a great place for a day out, picnicking and swimming in the turquoise clear waters.
