Casa Candeleria, a beautiful villa with pool in Spain has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. They have lovingly restored this spacious Spain holiday villa and are now happy to let others enjoy their home as they have been doing for so many years. The lovely Spain holiday villa  nestles into the side of a hill and has absolutely superb views across the valley towards the spectacular escarpment that is " El Torcal Natural Park " Total private and secluded, surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. 

Casa Candeleria is a perfect Spain holiday villa home for larger families or groups of friends. Its location mid way between the villages of Villanueva de la Concepción and Casabermeja means there are plenty of choices for those liking to eat out at night. Malaga airport is just a 35 minute drive away. The house is divided into two parts. The first part comprises of a rustic style kitchen/dining room with open fireplace and beamed ceiling,

This superb Spain holiday villa is equipped with a sink, fridge freezer, microwave/oven and washing machine. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom, a small room and alcove under the stairs provides either a small sitting room space which can be used for sleeping accommodation for children. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. Stairs leading to the first floor, where there is a small double room, with a queen size bed ( not recommended for 2 adults ) would suit 1 adult or 2 children and the master bedroom with a king size double bed.

This Spain holiday villa is approached though impressive iron gates which lead up to spacious terraces and the front of the house. There is a covered built in barbeque, which has a delightful outside dining area, which is covered in vines. Steps, at this villa with pool in Spain lead to a to a lower terrace lead to the swimming pool and sun terraces. All completely private. The second part of the house is somewhat larger, accommodation comprises of a spacious salon/dining room with open fireplace, leading to a very attractive and fully fitted country style kitchen.

The upper floor has a bathroom, master bedroom with king size double bed, a further twin bedroom and a large bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed.
